We stayed in a double room with large windows and comfortable beds, and we loved the central location.

Staff was amazingly nice and super-friendly, I did not want to leave there!

Had good sleep at the double room with soaps etc, a beautiful view, as for instance. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were a plus. I truly enjoyed this quiet and absolutely great hotel and will be back.

The location was fantastic and amazing, with restaurants and bars near the hotel. Convenience stores and shops were right next door;)))

During my recent stay at a hotel in Cat Ba Town, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money I received. The room had a modern and new appearance, and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast choices were impressive and satisfying. The hotel's location was also fantastic, being close to the center of town with all the restaurants and facilities nearby. my stay at the hotel was exceptional.

Loved the shared lounge that made me feel like I was in someone's living room! And the terrace was a perfect spot to watch the chaos on the streets below. Also, the restaurant was a convenient place to eat when I couldn't find any other options nearby.

Oh, and let's not forget about the delightful daily surprise of a perpetually wet bathroom floor! It definitely added a little adventure to my stay.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet location of the hotel, situated in the middle of town but away from the main street. The spacious room and fantastic bathroom, with a separate shower and toilet, ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and the beds were made up regularly. The staff at Hoang Phuc Hotel Cat Ba were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate guests, providing assistance with tours, scooter rentals, bus information. Furthermore, the hotel served a great breakfast with a wide variety of food and drink options.

Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.
